All the projects we deliver at Creative Business Systems (CBS) have the aim of delivering the results we promised in the price we quoted and when we said we would.
To help ensure that our projects are delivered in this way, we use the Microsoft SureStep project Methodology. This ensures that the appropriate amount of time and understanding has gone into delivering the solution that will meet your needs. We believe that this methodology starts with the sales team, because ensuring that we deliver what we promise starts from honest, business orientated sales people.
With the appropriate project documents and information flowing from Sales through to the project team, on to support and through to Account Managers; so you don’t have to re-explain yourselves to all the people that talk to you and everyone knows why the project is important to you.
A Brief History of Creative Business Systems Ltd
Creative Business Systems was first incorporated in 1981 to deliver finance and accounting software solutions to small businesses. As this company grew we focussed on the demanding Hotel business systems market with front and back office systems. We had even written what we believe to be the first Accounting solution based on the Apple Macintosh (“MacWason”).
Since then Creative Business Systems has remained true to its principles and (in 1994) Creative Business Systems re-focussed itself on the wider market of small to medium sized business with Navision (now known as Microsoft Dynamics NAV). Navision offered us the perfect balance of solid and reliable ‘out of the box’ functionality with a development environment that let us add-to or customise to achieve a perfect fit. All without breaking the upgrade potential, so you can stay on latest versions with your customisations taken across.
Being on the first course Navision UK held in the UK has given us great insight into the product and its strengths. The three family members who attended are still actively involved with the business and ensure that we keep to our promises.
